A gente pede o protocolo eles desligam a ligação.

Does anyone have TIM signal? Can anyone change their plan? They hang up, or sometimes they just say it's already changed. When you ask for the protocol number, they hang up. Terrible service when you actually manage to get through. Because sometimes the call drops before you can even reach an operator. Which is the same, when they answer, they don't solve anything. Besides, they insist on using a robot on WhatsApp; you say one thing and the robot replies with something else. TIM is a joke.

I would like to express my indignation with the service from the current manager.

I had to go to the mall after forgetting my cell phone in the Uber. I had insurance with them, and I was deceived by the attendant. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him there since.
But I have his name and everything.
I arrived and asked him for help. I wanted to know how to activate the insurance, to do something, especially since my cell phone is under warranty and I had insurance precisely for this type of case. And the detail is, I had just left the hospital after surgery. I called him over because I couldn't even walk.

He came with a mocking face, laughed in my face. He treated me like trash.
Funny how when it comes to selling and shoving things down customers' throats, it's all smiles.

When it comes to helping with a simple SIM card replacement,

Or helping with how to activate the insurance because at the time I was in so much pain I couldn't even think, he was extremely rude and impolite.

And he even said, "Do you really think that I, as a 'salesperson,' am going to tell you the truth?" I said, "It doesn't cost you anything to treat me politely. I just got out of the hospital, and my cell phone is very important to me right now. I didn't buy it as decoration, but out of necessity, like for online consultations."
And so it goes.
And he continued laughing in my face.
I left extremely embarrassed.
And one thing is certain, TIM lost a customer.
A customer of many years.
And so it goes, one by one, until the company goes bankrupt, haha.

I am extremely grateful to the salesman Wil from this store! He answered my questions and solved my problem, unlike other stores that used blackmail to try and force me to buy a postpaid plan and refuse to sell me a prepaid SIM card! Here, he did the right thing; he didn't refuse to offer me the postpaid plan and tell me about the benefits, but since that number had always been prepaid, I chose to keep it that way, and that's what happened! I appreciate the service and speed of the store! Impeccable!

I went there with my wife to buy a SIM card so we could port our number to her. Initially, we were well attended to, but when we said we only needed a line, the attendant tried to force us to make a top-up totaling 40 reais, and that we could only leave with the SIM card after making the top-up. It was a terrible attempt at a tied sale. If you want to join TIM, it's better to buy the SIM card online.
