The Gateria team is amazing! Everyone is so attentive and caring with our kittens. I arrived with my kitten in very bad shape, almost without hope that he would survive much longer, but everyone took such dedicated care of him that in the end he got better. All the explanations of the procedures are very clear, and the follow-up is very close. We left him hospitalized for a few days; the entire space is prepared to receive the kittens, with music, heating, and blue light to make them calmer. Even with other kittens hospitalized in the same room (in different cabins, of course!), they took care to make everyone comfortable. The procedures he underwent were always very calm; they are all very careful. We felt that our kitten received a lot of love at Gateria, and this made him even calmer during the most critical period of his illness. We, the owners, also felt more at ease because they always responded on WhatsApp when we had questions, scheduled immediate follow-up appointments when necessary, and whenever we were there, they were very attentive not only to our kitten's comfort but also to our comfort. The receptionists are also very kind and friendly, and they always treated us with great gentleness. We are very grateful every day for having scheduled our kitten's first appointment with them; if it weren't for the entire Gateria team, our kitten probably wouldn't be with us anymore.
