They came and did the job. Initially, they cut internet cables that shouldn't have been cut, but okay, they were going to replace the cut cables.

To my surprise, all the cables they mistakenly cut were left over to replace.

Today, 40 days after the service, which has a 90-day warranty, two cameras have no image. I reported it, sent photos, and to my surprise, they want to charge R$150.00 for a technical visit, claiming that since I supplied the materials, the warranty doesn't cover it. But they didn't say that when they came to do the job, why?

I'm not even going to authorize them to come; I prefer to contact another professional.

I do not recommend them.

Péssimo agendamento.
Vamos melhorar na eficiência.
