Como cliente, me senti desrespeitada, constrangida e desamparada.
Atenciosamente,
Tereza Oliveira

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the TIM store located in the Santa Maria Shopping Mall, in the Federal District.
Yesterday, February 23, 2006, I went to the store because my SIM card was blocked and I was not receiving messages. I was looking for a simple solution to unlock my prepaid line, but I was extremely poorly treated by a store employee.
The attendant, in addition to showing no interest in solving my problem, even told me to "talk to the owner of TIM," an attitude that was totally disrespectful and incompatible with any minimum standard of customer service. At no time did I receive adequate guidance or a real attempt to resolve the situation.
I questioned why my prepaid line could not be unlocked without forcing me to sign up for a plan, and I did not receive a clear explanation. I felt there was an attempt to force me to sign up for a service I did not request.
The manager was present at the time and also did not provide me with any assistance or support in the face of the situation.

As a customer, I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and helpless. I expected, at the very least, professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to resolve the problem.
I await a response from the company and action regarding the training of the team at this unit, as this type of service does not reflect the image that TIM should uphold.

Sincerely,
Tereza Oliveira
