Não querem vender o chip pro pré pago
Atendente Mike
E mexendo no computador

They try to sell plans any way they can.
They don't want to sell the chip for prepaid.
Attendant Mike. Totally unprepared, I will be looking into my rights with the consumer protection agency, I won't let this go.
And the woman who was with him, instead of serving customers, is messing with her cell phone.
And messing with the computer.
I don't recommend this store, not even to pass by. Horrible.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge 512Gb Preto

One star because I can't give zero, otherwise I would. Like others in the comments here, I went through the same situation: I changed my cell phone and went to request an eSIM. And guess what? The store said they would only activate the prepaid number if I switched to postpaid. That's right, a tied sale. If I leave my house and go to a physical store, it's precisely because I want quality service and a solution; otherwise, I'd be stressing about dealing with call centers. But this store is the same as, or worse than, a call center experience. When I questioned this, the attendant said that they didn't do it in THAT particular store, but others did. In other words, the store chose not to activate prepaid SIM cards. This is totally absurd! Besides that, the attendant had no manners or friendliness whatsoever (she seemed obligated to be there). When I spoke about her lack of training and the lack of quality service, she even responded ironically, with phrases like, "So said the one with 50 years of experience in the communications field." No, I don't have 50 years of experience, but I have enough experience to know how to offer quality service, how to act transparently, and how to strive to offer the best in my work. Terrible store, I absolutely do not recommend it! And the other comments only confirmed that it wasn't a mistake on my part, since there are countless other similar accounts.

It's a shame I can't give it a 0 rating. I went to the store yesterday around 8 PM to exchange my SIM card. The saleswoman informed me that they were out of prepaid SIM cards. Okay, I agreed to sign up for a plan to recover my number since I lost my SIM card, but I can't lose the number. When she opened it with my ID, it said the number was canceled, and that was it. She couldn't hear me anymore. She went to the back table and started talking to a man who was there, something like a point of contact with other employees, and then went to the bathroom. The man who continued my service after the two of them talked about other employees while I sat waiting asked for my ID for the second time, since the employee who went to the bathroom took the device that started my service (the problem isn't going to the bathroom, but the service). They said my SIM card had been canceled for 6 months, which it wasn't. They said it would take 3 months to recover. I let go of the SIM card, the plan, and even the phone that she looked at. I called 1056 this morning, and the SIM card had been blocked for 2 weeks and I just needed to recharge it with any amount to recover it and proceed with any changes. I've been wandering around aimlessly, now I'll have to find another store to get my SIM card back!!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I was at the mall, went to this store to buy a SIM card, and was very poorly treated by a guy who claimed to be in charge of the store, which surprised me the most. Such rudeness from someone in charge! He said that if I wanted service, I would have to go somewhere else. He even suggested Americanas stores, because there they only serve people who sign up for plans, meaning I only get service if it generates profit for him. I felt embarrassed and belittled. Now I'm forced to sign up for a plan just to receive minimal service. It's regrettable coming from such a renowned company.
