Motorola Moto G Max 5G 256GB-Grafite

Péssimo atendimento. Em 04/05/23. Loja Tim do Shopping Mangabeira.PB.

Terrible service. May 4, 2023. TIM store at Mangabeira Shopping Mall, PB.

I already have a postpaid plan. But I went to buy a TIM prepaid plan for another cell phone.
The employees just chat amongst themselves, showing photos of their cell phones and commenting on their personal lives.
I asked if I would have to register after inserting the prepaid chip into the cell phone, they said I wouldn't need to.

They started collecting and typing my data into the computer.........they took forever chatting nonsense. The time ran out, they had to start over again. And that's just because I went to buy a chip!!

In short, the customer has no value there. They use their work to chat, and the last thing they do is provide service, which was terrible!!

There is no management in this store!!

By the way: I couldn't register my chip on the TIM website. The website is also confusing, not intuitive at all, the "register" option doesn't appear......they must also be chatting behind the scenes, just like in the stores!!

It wasn't the best experience. The store is nice and the service is good, but Tim's system leaves much to be desired. The store employees depend on Tim's customer service, which is very poor. I spent over 50 minutes in the store with the employee on the phone waiting for a Tim representative to answer. Only then could she process my request, which was simply to retrieve a SIM card. Unbelievable. I left the store and Tim didn't answer. I couldn't retrieve the SIM card.

The service at the TIM store in the Mangabeira Shopping Mall was excellent.
The young woman was very polite and precise in her service, something I had already tried several times at another TIM store and it wasn't resolved.
Note: I had paid two identical bills in the same month, and the following month my cell phone was blocked for "non-payment." I questioned this, stating that I had paid two identical bills and that I couldn't have my phone blocked until the next bill, but I still had no success. I have been questioning this every month because my bill only arrives after the due date!
All of this was addressed and resolved at the TIM store in the Mangabeira Shopping Mall.
