Motorola Moto G Max 5G 256GB-Grafite

The store sold me a faulty SIM card. As advertised, the store was supposed to open at 9 AM, but I'm here at the entrance and they told me it only opens at 9:40 AM. I didn't understand anything, it caused me a huge problem and wasted my time with my data; they made a mistake in the registration, very bad.

Portabilidade.

Terrible. The representatives are not up-to-date on the Consumer Protection Code, they only treat those who buy iPhones well. My experience at this store was awful today, my only day to resolve the problem, and the result: I switched to another carrier. Portability.

This is clearly an attempt to deceive the consumer, taking advantage of the vulnerability of an older person. It is unacceptable that a company like TIM allows this type of practice. I demand action and I am issuing this warning so that other people, especially the elderly, do not go through the same thing.

Terrible, I went to redeem a number and they said they don't have postpaid numbers, only postpaid to sell you a plan for 58 reais and even then with a contract. I think it's absurd that Tim agrees with this abusive practice of tied selling, a crime against the consumer code.

Terrible!!!!!!!
Nobody even bothered to solve my problem, and the only solution they gave me was to sell me another SIM card, which MAYBE would work!
The store looked like a street fair, everyone yelling and listening to YouTube memes to make fun of another customer!
Don't even waste your time going to this dump.

I purchased a headset from this store, and since then I've reported problems. I go to the store, the attendant plugs it in to charge and says it's fine, but it has sound issues, only on one side – the side that charges is faulty.
I was in a meeting, and only that side I'm reporting died after 30 minutes.
I've already returned to the store twice, and they won't exchange it.
I paid a lot and I demand that they resolve my problem.

Pior atendimento do mundo !

Worst customer service in the world!
I went today at 2 PM!
The salesperson tried to force a bundled sale!
Besides losing my phone, I also had to deal with the stress of dealing with dishonest professionals!

Terrible experience, and I confess I tried to get them back, even though they offer a service that can only be acquired through tied selling, which is against the law!!! However, they are TIM franchisees. If you want to buy a simple SIM card, you can only do so if you sign up for a plan. And in my case, I was robbed. I needed my number because I've been a customer for over 20 years; it would cost R$50.00, and to get a "free" SIM card, I would have to sign up for the most expensive TIM plan. A disgrace!!! One star is too much for such a terrible service and awful customer service. I will only go to an official store now and will certainly file a complaint. This is a lack of respect for consumers; they use the brand name and want to take advantage when I've never had problems in all the time I've been a customer.
