Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256Gb-Preto

Pessoas ruins!

The store is a commodity, the service is terrible.
I bought the cell phone and in 4 days it started malfunctioning, overheating to the point of not being able to keep it in my pocket, the battery lasting 2/3 hours, not sending audio messages, among other things. The manager said that the battery will adapt according to my usage. It will get used to me, or the audio messages that don't work, she said it's bad luck, said I only had 3 days to make the exchange, and they even messed with the installment plan, adding extra to push a case and screen protector for the phone.

Bad people!

Terrible, they don't resolve plan changes and just tell you to call a robot. You say 10 times that you want to speak to customer service and the robot insists that the team will give the same answer. When I finally managed to speak to customer service, the guy informed me that he couldn't change my TIM plan. Problem not solved. I'm leaving TIM as soon as possible.
