Samsung Galaxy A57 5G 256Gb-Cinza AM

This location is absolutely horrendous to deal with, they try to rip me off by quoting brl20 for the SIM and brl100 for activation, while they just needed to sell the sim and add the recharge Brl 30 for 16gb, unlimited calls and text, I went to them after I told them my sim stopped working after 10days, after talking to customer service I went back to just buy the sim but they just didn't want to help and one went away without excusing himself though I was seated at his desk that was rude. Just but a sim elsewhere for brl 15 to 18, insert and call *144 and choose option 3 for english to register your sim with a passport or you can go online on vivo.com to get a esim for tourist at brl 55 for 1 month, 25g, 300 mins and 100 text, hope that helps.

(Translated by Google) Terrible service! I went to get a new SIM card because my phone was stolen. I was there for an hour and a half. Half an hour waiting for the staff to help me (they were talking amongst themselves). Another hour later, the person who finally helped me told me to come back in 24 hours. I spoke to another TIM store and they told me I didn't need to wait 24 hours.

(Original)
Servicio pessimo!

I only spent a few minutes in the store, enough to get annoyed with the service from two of the salespeople. They were desperately trying to push a plan on me, even though I repeatedly said I only wanted a prepaid plan, and then they asked several questions to push me towards a plan again. Finally, one of them demanded a minimum recharge of 50 reais to buy the SIM card. I left, went to a Vivo store, and in less than 10 minutes I had my SIM card and received wonderful service; they offered me the best recharge option for my needs without pressuring me.
