Terrible service. I went to the TIM store near Bompreco to retrieve my SIM card because I lost my cell phone. When I got there, they told me to call the operator to unlock it. I paid for a new SIM card with the same number, asked about cell phone prices, and they didn't make me any offers, even though I've been a customer for years. I bought my cell phone at the Vivo store next door. When I put the SIM card in, it said there was no service. I went back to the TIM store, and they only told me it would be resolved in 4 hours. The next day, I still had no signal. I returned to the store, and the attendant just said there was no internet in the store and that they couldn't do anything. They didn't even want to know about my problem. The next day I went back to the store, and the attendant shared her internet and solved my problem. However, I spent 3 days going to the store, and they didn't give me the slightest attention. I bought a cell phone in cash at the store next door that could have been theirs, and now I've ported my number. I will never be a TIM customer again.

Unbelievable! I went to the store simply to pick up a SIM card. First, I was informed that the prepaid system was down, only the postpaid system was working. I was gone for about 20 minutes and returned, clearly a sales tactic. When I came back, I asked them to try again, and they processed the order, but I was already informed that it would take two hours for the system to activate it. This doesn't happen with any other operator; the SIM card is activated in minutes. TIM lost its place in the market a long time ago and is certainly only going to decline in quality.

Yesterday, I found out at the same store that the promotion was open to everyone, and the salesperson lied. I cannot recommend a store where the salesperson lies to meet their quota. I lost my PIN.

I live in the lower city, I left there to go to a TIM store on Saturday, August 3rd at 10 am, to pick up a SIM card, the service was bad, the attendant barely paid attention to us, didn't even look at our faces. I said what I wanted, and they told me that for that type of service it would only be possible after 72 hours. The system was down.
To travel so far for this kind of service. Two stars only because they barely opened their mouth to answer. Unprepared to deal with people. 👎.

I was at the TIM store in the Bahia shopping mall on July 11th, and the attendant, a young man with red hair, treated me extremely rudely. I went to the store to renew my plan, which I couldn't do through the app. Following his instructions, I called seven times and still couldn't get through. He, completely bewildered, remained there, unconcerned. After much insistence, he finally resolved the issue. I find it disrespectful to go to the store and be treated this way.
