Terrible service, employees completely unprepared to work with the public. I went to the store to get a physical SIM card, and the attendant refused to generate my SIM card, saying that if I didn't change my plan, she couldn't generate the physical SIM card. My plan is Beta, and she wanted to sell me a plan. Since I didn't want to sign up, I received poor service, something that the attendant Bruno resolved for me in 5 minutes.

I'm giving one star because it's impossible not to give any. Terrible service. The salesperson's attitude was indifferent, uninterested, and inattentive throughout the entire interaction.

We went to the Shopping Del Rey branch looking for a simpler phone plan with fewer benefits and, consequently, a lower cost. However, we were informed that nothing could be done at the physical store: the only alternative was to use the app or call, and even then, insist on speaking to a representative, "bypassing" the automated system.

Given this experience and the more advantageous prices found, I opted to switch to Claro, where I also found a simpler experience and the possibility of resolving the issue without having to "beg" for service.

It's a shame that a communications company makes it so difficult to communicate properly with its own customers. And, after the porting request is made, the company starts chasing after the customer, desperately trying to reverse the decision.

A company easily loses customers when it turns customer service into a barrier instead of a solution.

Very bad experience. I went to buy a power bank and received very poor service. Besides the long wait, they didn't know it was charged because they didn't know how to turn the device on. Believing the device wasn't charged, we asked for a refund. We were informed that the refund wasn't automatic and we wouldn't receive proof that we would get our money back. I gave up on the refund and kept the device. It just needed to be turned on correctly. The manager was very rude and the attendant had no sympathy whatsoever. Terrible.

The salesperson didn't collect the necessary documents and instead requested them via WhatsApp, risking our legal protections under the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) since we were in different cities. I said I could cancel the plan because I wasn't going to send documents via WhatsApp. The person simply blocked my line and zeroed out all the prepaid credit I had. Furthermore, the customer service on WhatsApp was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Desconfiem !

Today, November 9th, 2024, I went to the TIM store in the Del Rey shopping mall to switch from a physical SIM card to a virtual one, and we received terrible service. The "manager," whose name I don't remember (if it was Marcio, Marcelo, or Marcos), was completely unprepared and attended to us. He was rude, provided terrible customer service, and showed no willingness to resolve the customer's issue. He sat at the table, fiddled with the tablet, and immediately asked me for a biometric signature without even showing me what I was signing. Given that biometrics are used to authorize plans, cards, and other services, and considering the numerous scams occurring in the city involving the subscription of plans not contracted by the account holder, I politely asked him to show me the previous step so I could feel more secure about the process I was authorizing, which was denied. He clearly became agitated over something that, in my view, wouldn't be a problem if everything was correct. He simply ended the service, turned his back, and went to attend to another customer. I called my lawyer, who advised me that it was suspicious behavior and that I could contact the military police, but that they would take a long time to arrive, so she advised me to seek other means, which I will do. While I was in the store, a customer came in to request the cancellation of her SIM card, and this same manager put up a thousand obstacles, almost making the only option the purchase of a prepaid plan on her credit card. Be suspicious!

I went to the store to exchange my SIM card for a virtual one and transfer it to another phone, but they said it was a reseller store and told me to go to the Del Rey store, which is a company-owned store. I went to the Del Rey store, and the attendant simply informed me that I would have to purchase a plan to do this because the system was down. I left the store and called TIM, and the attendant informed me that the plan system was the same and that there was no way the plan system could be working and the SIM card exchange system not working! The system is the same! It wasn't down; they wanted to sell me a plan! I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, who also said it was down and that TIM was no longer investing in prepaid plans. I said, "So I'll have to switch operators?" He said yes, that it was easy to switch since it was prepaid! It's absurd! I went to two stores and couldn't resolve my problem. One said it was a reseller store and that I would have to go to a company-owned store, and the company-owned store didn't resolve it either! I would like the operator to take action against the physical stores! Train your employees properly!

I would like to register my TOTAL INDIGNATION with the service provided by both the salesperson and the manager of the Del Rey unit.
When we went to the store to purchase a PlayStation 5, we were informed that it would only be necessary to change our current plan, which already covered two lines. We agreed to the change, however, to our surprise, the salesperson did NOT change the plan as agreed — he simply contracted a NEW PLAN.
We only became aware of this when we received an absurd bill for R$ 565.00. The attendant simply handed over the SIM cards and said that "everything was fine," without any guidance, explanation, or transparency about what was actually being contracted. A complete disregard and lack of professionalism.
In addition, we had to cancel the previous two-line plan ourselves — a procedure that should have been correctly performed by the salesperson at the time of contracting.
We sought a solution directly at the store more than 3 times, opened 4 different protocols, and, to date, have NOT received a response from any of them. In one of the attempts, we asked the unit manager for help, who informed us that "he couldn't do anything at that moment because it was already getting dark." Still, he took my number and asked us to contact them again to try to resolve the situation.
However, when we returned the call, we were simply instructed to call TIM and request assistance by phone. When we asked for a protocol number or some formal statement, the manager didn't even respond.
It is extremely disappointing and infuriating to go through this type of situation after more than 5 years as a loyal customer of the operator. There is a lack of respect, commitment and, above all, responsibility towards the consumer.
To this day, I remain without a solution, without a response and totally frustrated with the attitude of the store and the operator in the face of a problem created by an error in their own service. I am filing a police report and also a complaint with Anatel, and if there is no resolution, I will also file a lawsuit.

At the store on the third floor, the guy who helped me was quite friendly, asked what I needed, and even tried to help me by confirming some information, but ended up offering a plan.
