They think they know more than the customer and don't do the job. We went at night to exchange a SIM card because the line had been cloned. When we got there, they said it wasn't necessary, even though we tried to explain that it was a new type of cloning and that we just needed to exchange the SIM card, canceling the old one. They gave us a new SIM card, didn't cancel the old one, and the new one doesn't work because the attendant didn't pay attention to the information I gave her and only exchanged the physical SIM card without canceling or activating the number on the new one. A wasted trip, and the line is now in the hands of the scammer. Terrible service, they don't listen to the customer, and now the trend is for the attendant to act superior and belittle the customer.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to give a ZERO rating. The store's system was unavailable (only for prepaid customers). My cell phone was stolen, and I couldn't block the device or recover my number. They offered plans and a change to postpaid (the only way they could solve the problem). "If I wanted, I should come back another day to try again," according to the attendant, ignoring the fact that I wasted time and money for nothing and have no guarantee that the system will be available when I return.

The worst service I've ever experienced in my life, and the worst was provided by the store manager, Natiele (I don't know how such an unprepared and unloved person works in customer service). Among the aggressions she committed against me were calling security and telling me to go to other operators, even telling me where they were located. She charged me for an eSIM that is free for my plan and said that if I wanted, I could open a case and file a complaint. If TIM doesn't condone this type of service, they should take action.

Pior atendimento!

A certain young man (the oldest one there) treated me very rudely, as he did with other employees. He didn't even let the others help me when he realized the reason for my visit to the store, letting other people go ahead of me pretending I was invisible. Just choose another branch to go to.
Sou Tim Beta… Enfim descaso total com cliente!

I went to get an eSIM, but the ticket machine wasn't working. I waited a few minutes to be served. But the service was terrible, the attendant barely looked at me, zero willingness to answer questions, didn't even explain how I would use the eSIM or how long it would take. They just said "ok, it's ready," then I asked if it was already activated, etc... I only got the answer "wait 40 minutes and scan the QR code." I waited the time, it didn't work, I had to go back there again, and once again I was treated very badly by another person, who even mocked me, "how are you scanning the QR code?"

I'm a Tim Beta customer... In short, total disregard for the customer!

Mentirosos e enganadores. Não vão a essa loja.

This store tries to scam customers!
They said my number was being canceled, that they had NO STOCK OF VIRTUAL SIM CARDS, and NO STOCK OF PREPAID SIM CARDS.
That I could only convert my physical SIM card to a virtual one if I SIGNED UP FOR A PLAN.
Liars and deceivers. Don't go to this store.

The staff were completely unprepared, they didn't even know how a store promotion worked. They made me go to my house to get a PS4 to trade in for a PS5, and they didn't tell me I needed a game. Now I'm here with the console for nothing. Very poorly informed and rude.
