I do not recommend this store.

The other day I went to the TIM store in Taguatinga Shopping, next to Riachuelo, to activate a SIM card I had. Because I had ported another number, my current one had been deactivated. I filed a complaint with Anatel (the Brazilian telecommunications regulatory agency), which advised me to go to the TIM store to reactivate my number. The attendant, a tall, dark-haired man, was extremely unpleasant and rude to me, treating me as if I were there to ask for a favor. I got very angry and ended up leaving the store without resolving my problem. I sent another message to Anatel explaining what happened, and they advised me to go to the store again, but this time I won't go to that one. I hope that this man is treated with the same ignorance and rudeness he showed me by someone else. I do not recommend this store. Not because it's a TIM store, but because of the poor service from this employee.

Melhor fechar a loja física!

It would be better to close the physical store! Everything the customer needs is sent to headquarters, which sends it back to the store, and nobody solves anything. A complete disregard for the customer and a store that, in practice, is useless for existing customers.

Prezados,

Atenciosamente,
Joelma.

Dear Sir/Madam,

About two months ago, I contracted a plan through the representative Meire, with a previously informed price. However, upon making the payment, I was surprised by a charge far exceeding the agreed amount, practically double.

In attempting to clarify the situation, I sent messages to the representative and received no response. Curiously, when my boyfriend contacted them, he received a reply the same day. According to the representative, the plan had been changed, which is incorrect.

Today, while accompanying my brother during surgery, I needed to resolve this situation. As I was without internet access, I managed to get shared access and sent another message to the representative, without response. Once again, I asked my boyfriend to contact them, and he received a prompt reply. Only after I informed them that I would contact the unit manager was I attended to.

I consider this behavior inappropriate for a representative of such a reputable company. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and stressful, especially since I was accompanying a family member during a delicate moment and had to interrupt my attention to seek clarification from management.

I suggest that the company invest in training focused on customer service and communication, so that situations like this do not happen again.
I reiterate that the store is: Tim, first floor, store 1028/29. I had to leave the store number because I was arrogantly informed by Ms. Meire that the store in question does not have a page.

Sincerely,
Joelma.

He sent three incorrect invoices before sending the correct one, and even then with the wrong address. He was negligent, sold me a defective SIM card, and even had the audacity to mock me about it. I called the ombudsman's office and they treated me well, refunded the SIM card, and provided excellent service. If I continue with TIM today, it will be because of the ombudsman's office and not the TIM store on the first floor of Taguatinga Shopping. Wesley's service was not only inappropriate, but so was that of his colleague who was being sarcastic next to him.

Three months ago, my husband paid the debt, and this awful company still hasn't removed his name from Serasa (a Brazilian credit bureau)! He's been to several physical stores, called the notary's office, and even called TIM (a Brazilian phone company), but they still haven't removed my husband's name from the negative credit report/protest! This is an immense lack of respect for the consumer, because if the debt has already been paid, they have a duty to remove it immediately! This has caused great distress, as he can't use his name for any type of financing! TIM is a TERRIBLE company, and we don't recommend them to anyone! Be aware that we are already filing legal action for moral damages and various other claims! It seems that only then will they have the decency to do what they should have done three months ago!

I went to the store today to ask for help changing my number, and the clerk was incredibly unwilling to help me. I work with the public and I know how exhausting that is, but I don't deserve to be treated any old way because of some previous bad service experience. I believe it was within his power to create a new account and cancel my previous line, but he just told me to call a number and wait for my SIM card to cancel itself, and that it would resolve the issue, even though I was already there and had only gone there to resolve this. I didn't ask for more help because I wasn't being attended to attentively anymore, as he kept looking at his phone and wasn't very receptive. I'm sorry if the job is exhausting, but some people need help sometimes.

Regarding bills, they refused to inform me about fees. It's a game of passing the buck where no one is willing to address your needs. I definitely don't know how this store hasn't closed yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store even to the person I dislike most in this life. #disgust.

I went to the TIM store and had trouble converting my prepaid SIM to a prepaid eSIM. The clerk tried to push a plan on me and claimed that converting to a prepaid eSIM wasn't possible. I left the store and went to another TIM store in the same mall. Incidentally, the salesperson at that store, which was outsourced, offered much better service than at the official store. He told me that many employees don't like it. They love a bundled sale.

I'm tired of TIM's calls. I'm not a customer of yours anymore; I used to be, and precisely because it was a bad plan, I didn't stay. But you insist on calling me constantly, even at 8 PM. One day there were 11 calls offering plans. I have a dog hospitalized, and every call is important to me. You're causing me a lot of stress with these calls, and this is my last warning: next time I will take legal action. STOP CALLING ME.
