I was promptly assisted by Dener, who fulfilled my request to recover my number and eSIM chip – a simple request, but one that wasn't fulfilled in 3 other TIM stores I visited before arriving here! I arrived at the TIM Boulevard store, and within 10 minutes I already had my eSIM number recovered and working, thanks to Dener! My thanks and appreciation to this attendant.

Lixo, pra recuperar chip pré-pago o sistema tá fora do ar. Pra fazer plano tá on. Desonestos. Fiz passarem vergonha levando a polícia lá.

Garbage, to recover a prepaid chip the system is down. To make a plan it's on. I called Tim and this doesn't exist. It's the same system for everything. Thieves, deceivers and criminals. I filed a police report for moral and material damages and deception of the customer. Dishonest. I made them feel ashamed by taking the police there. The least they deserve is to be arrested and have this dive bar disguised as a store shut down.

To the surprise of 0 people. I returned to this hell of a wretched store. I asked to retrieve a chip (it was a control plan, now it was prepaid). They asked me to recharge 54.90 + 15.00 for the chip to release it immediately, otherwise I could recharge at any point or online for any amount, but to pick up the chip only after 24 hours. Wait for the process, this time I recorded everything.

They wouldn't let me cancel the purchase or exchange the console.

The attendants are dishonest and unprepared. They referred to the controller as a "gamer".

I even asked when the sale would end, and they told me it was the last day (October 29th). That wasn't true.

In addition to the PS5 purchase, I requested the activation of two numbers on my Tim Plan Family plan. They were unable to do that.

PIOR loja da TIM. Não entrem. A vendedora Leila extremamente incompetente.

WORST TIM store. Don't go in. The saleswoman Leila is extremely incompetent. I bought a Samsung from her and she activated an Apple plan on my line. A TIM Black family plan for 4 lines. Mistakes happen, but the AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS MUCH WORSE. The plan was signed in June. It's August and nobody is solving the problem. CHOOSE ANOTHER STORE TO BUY FROM.

Since there were 20 minutes left before closing time, the clerk said the system was down, so he couldn't recover the number and told me to call a number to block it using the IMEI. I can't call that number since I don't have the phone, there's no one at home to help me, and I can't access any social media to ask for help. They showed a complete lack of willingness to help.
