Terrible, lots of stalling and slow resolution of problems. You request cancellation, they say you cancelled, and then you keep getting charged. You go to the store and they say you just have to pay, even though the plans were cancelled. Then you question it and they say there's nothing they can do, you have to pay!

On May 30, 2025, I requested a number change at the TIM store in Maxi Shopping Jundiaí, and was assisted by Tatiana Santos. The attendant instructed me to send a message the following day to confirm the cancellation of the old line, which I did, and she confirmed it.
Despite this, I received two charges, which I paid thinking it was a penalty for changing the number, and now there are 3 more undue invoices related to the same line.
I called TIM and was informed that there was no record of a cancellation request for my old line.
I am very upset with this whole situation, as I expected more professional and organized service, especially in a store with the structure and location in the shopping mall.

First, we were "disregarded" by an employee named Sthefany, who didn't even introduce herself, showing complete disregard for customers. Her disdain and lack of manners made us feel embarrassed. Her unprofessionalism was so extreme that another employee, Natália, noticed the absurdity of our situation and came to assist us. Our problem had already gone beyond all limits of errors and frustration, which is why we went to the store in person, having exhausted all attempts through the app and by phone. Natália promptly handled the entire process and resolved our problem! I am leaving this record of how a store of that size allows and tolerates the enormous lack of respect for customers shown by the employee Sthefany. I also want to highlight the proactivity and efficiency of the employee Natália.
